The Chapter is dedicated to promoting the highest levels of professionalism, ethics, and product standards in the fence, deck and railing industry.  The Chapter shall benefit the fence, deck and railing industry and the consumer by developing and disseminating information and education to its members and consumers; advancing safety; and addressing problems and opportunities that face the industry. The Chapter shall at all times conduct its activities, programs, and practices in a manner consistent with the policies of the AFA.

We offer scholarships opportunities, and are supporters of local and regional disaster relief.  We participate in local community non profits like Habitat for Humanity.  We have provided Hurricane relief across the county from Hurricane Sandy in the Northeast to Hurricane Katrina in the south.

The Garden State Chapter of the American Fence Association is incorporated under the Not-for Profit Act of the State of New Jersey.
